What we collect
We collect only what the game needs to run. We do not sell it.
- Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we store your email address and a player profile. Google handles the sign-in. We do not receive your Google password.
- Guest play. If you play as a guest, we store a random install id. We do not store your name.
- Play data, in both cases. We store how many times you open the game, how long you play, your highest wave, and the last time you played.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. We do not show ads. We do not use your data for advertising or credit decisions. If you email support, we keep that email and whatever you choose to send, such as a phone model or a screenshot.
Why we use it
- To run the game, keep your profile if you sign in, and keep your progress.
- To tell guest progress from another install, using the random install id.
- To understand how the game is played: whether people open it, how long they play, how far they get, and when they last played.
- To answer support mail and to delete data when you ask.
We do not use this data for a new purpose without updating this policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
- Google. Sign-in is handled by Google. Purchases are handled by Google Play. We do not see your card. Google receives what it needs to provide those services under its own terms.
- Hosting. The email, profile, install id, and play data are stored so the game can run. The host processes that data only to provide storage and transport for us.
- Law. We may disclose information if required by a valid legal process.
How we keep it
Play data is sent over an encrypted connection. Access to stored profiles and play data is limited to operating the game and the beta. No method of storage or transit is perfectly secure.
We keep a player profile and play data for as long as the account or install is active, and for a short time after, so we can finish a deletion request. Support emails are kept long enough to handle the request, then deleted or reduced to a note that it was handled.
Deletion
You can ask us to delete your app account and the data tied to it. Email littleblackhousegames@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Black House of Plagues data,” from the address you used to sign in, or with your install id if you played as a guest. This page is the web link for that request. You do not need the app installed to ask.
If you are signed in, the game also provides a way to request account and data deletion from inside the app. Use that path, or this email. Both request the same deletion.
We delete the player profile, email, install id, open count, play time, highest wave, and last-played time tied to that account or install. We may keep a minimal record that a deletion was requested, where we need it for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Google keeps Google Play purchase records under Google’s own policy. We do not see your card, so we cannot delete a payment method held by Google.
We aim to complete a deletion request within 30 days.
Children
Black House of Plagues is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed in or sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this policy and its effective date. The current version is always at this page.
